About Mindful Support Services
We are a mental health organization focused on business-to-business support services for independent therapy and psychiatric private practices. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing, and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our teams support over 1,200 mental health providers, and in turn over 20,000 patient visits per week across 11 locations and virtually via Telehealth.
We have built the Mindful Therapy Group brand from the ground up with over 12 years of dedication to solving the complex processes of the healthcare landscape in innovative ways, creating a platform geared toward growth, and working to meet our mission of creating improved access to high-quality mental healthcare.
About the Role
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the charge in developing our online presence and increasing brand awareness in a way that drives provider and client interest in Mindful Therapy Group. This integral role will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing and entails steering our social strategy, overseeing the day-to-day of organic social media, orchestrating paid digital initiatives (social, native, and 3rd party), and managing web content for our mental health organization.
Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive social media strategy to fortify brand awareness, demonstrate thought leadership, and create demand.
Develop and execute measurable online advertising campaigns (programmatic advertising, paid social, Google Ads, etc.)
Construct and manage a dynamic social content calendar in collaboration with our leadership team that demonstrates our value to providers and clients through engaging content and storytelling.
Lead daily social media management on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X, encompassing content scheduling, moderating/responding to messages and comments, and ensuring profile information is current.
Create, execute, and measure performance of client-facing email communications.
Create diverse content, including provider stories/testimonials, infographics, video clips, etc., in partnership with the marketing and leadership teams.
Cultivate and nurture online communities, fostering connections among current and prospective provider partners to support brand awareness, recruitment, and client growth goals.
Develop personal brand for founders on social media and share relevant content within their networks.
Collaborate with Office Managers on reputation management and public listings, addressing feedback on platforms like Google Business Profile, Bing Places for Business, Yelp, and others as needed.
Track and analyze social analytics, including competitor presence, to derive insights that inform social strategy, content planning, and execution.
Stay updated on social media and online industry trends, incorporating innovative approaches at Mindful Therapy Group.

Education
Required:
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Requirements
Required Experience
3+ years of proven social media management experience for an agency or large national organization.
3+ years of performance-based digital marketing campaign management.
Expert knowledge of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficiency in native and third-party social media scheduling and reporting tools.
Proficiency with native and third-party digital advertising platforms (e.G., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, StackAdapt, Google Ads).
Experience with graphic design tools (e.G., Canva, Adobe CC, etc.)
Comfort using both organic and paid tactics to increase content reach and engagement.
Strong data analytics and quantitative skills.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems for website maintenance.

Job Type:
Full-time, In-Office
Salary:
$80,000- $100,000 per year.
