We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can elevate our company’s digital presence, and share our stories. This role requires a highly knowledgeable and creative individual who works well in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to take our company to the next level. We are looking for someone who is also well organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for collaboration – both within the marketing team and also with our technical teams across 11 offices.
The Digital Marketing Manager oversees all internal and external digital marketing platforms and assets to enhance brand awareness in the digital space, identifies new marketing opportunities, and develops marketing strategies to boost conversion rates and increase ROI. This role requires advanced knowledge of social media platforms, website design, SEO, digital advertising, email campaigns, and other digital touchpoints in order to support company growth objectives as well as staff engagement, retention, and recruitment. Photography and videography skills are highly desired.
Your Day to Day:
· Coordinate all social media messaging and activity;
provide creative strategies for leveraging content, maximizing messaging, and acquiring leads/customers.
· Manage and create content for social media, with support from other marketing team members, as needed.
· Manage strategies for all digital content, including photography, video, podcasts, and other media channels.
· Oversee all website functions, including design, content, analytics, link building, functionality, lead generation and needed improvements. Provide creative and timely solutions for website improvement;
develop strategies for implementation;
coordinate with outsidewebsite consultants, as needed.
· Identify and evaluate new trends, new technologies, and opportunities for advancement in Galloway’s digital marketing.
· Manage digital marketing campaigns that support business development objectives.
· Develop and oversee client journeys through use of digital media.
· Own all SEO, with strong understanding of SEO methodologies for achieving optimal results.
· Generate analytics and provide analysis to evaluate ROI. Must have advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google keywords.
· Support overall marketing team activities as needed as part of collective team effort.
Qualifications:
· Experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, or real estate industry is highly desired.
· Strategic thinking and understanding of message application and interpretation.Able to meet multiple concurrent deadlines and effective management of tasks.
· Proficient knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office suites as well as other key digital media platforms.
· Willing to travel locally and to regional offices in other states.
· Experience in videography and photography is desired.
· Exceptional written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
The estimated starting base salary for this role is $80,000-$100,000.

Requirements
Education
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, or digital media, or equivalent experience through career progression.
Experience
· Typically, a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in marketing and digital communications.
