Martin Management is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for our growing company! The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining dealerships’ online presence across all mediums. Develops and implements reporting, processes, and graphics for online assets, while working closely with corporate and dealership management.
Responsibilities:

Devising plans for optimized performance across channels in real-time, working closely with external partners and in support of dealership General Managers.
Understands multi-channel marketing and the points of integration between social and digital touch points.
Knowledge of web and mobile functionality, user experience, ecommerce and web analytics.
Helps ensure cohesive information as it relates to store-level marketing across all channels - integrated marketing.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with outside vendors and advertising agencies.
Conceptualize, write, and produce advertisements and marketing related materials for all mediums.
Produce and coordinate monthly advertising calendars and budgets. Ensure budgets are maintained and deadlines are achieved
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase dealership awareness, engage with customers, and drive website traffic
Manage and optimize Google My Business listing for all dealerships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility
Oversee website management, including content updates, enhancements, and performance tracking
Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and SEO performance, to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automotive marketing, digital marketing, social media, SEO, and website management
Ensure all communications meet company and manufacturer’s graphic standards as well as compliance with advertising laws and regulations. Proofread advertisements as needed.
Document, monitor, and reconcile advertising expenditures and manufacturer’s co-op submissions.
Marketing for Service departments
Maintain a job tracking log of current and upcoming projects.
Follow policies and procedures as set forth in Personnel Policy Manual and other corporate policies.
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Educational:
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Marketing, Business or Computer Information Systems, or Graphic
Design preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years of related experience preferred.
Special Skills (i.E., licenses, certifications, etc.):
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as organizational skills.
Must be able to manage multiple online accounts across different vendors, including posting content via WYSIWYG and basic raw HTML. Must have Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator experience and a good understanding of graphic design.
