Millions of people worldwide know Xe as their primary source for currency information, however we continue to see an enormous opportunity in converting prospective customers into our Money Transfer business through paid marketing channels. The Global Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for driving a large percentage of new business to Xe’s web and app environments through performance marketing strategies. The role is responsible for managing a large portion of the marketing budget for cost effective and scalable new customer growth in a highly competitive environment with thin margins. The role reports to the Global Digital Marketing Director and works closely with agency partners.

What you'll do:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote our money transfer services on web and mobile app through various channels.
Plan, execute, and optimize display and social media advertising across platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads.
Closely monitor performance and adjust budget allocation to the best performing regions and channels. Use data to justify additional investment for unrealized opportunities.
Utilize lead generation tactics to attract and convert prospects into customers, with a particular emphasis on B2B marketing.
Manage and optimize campaigns using AppsFlyer or similar Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms for tracking and attribution.
Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring paid campaigns are aligned with objectives and are delivering expected results.
Support external agencies as their key enabler with content, guidance, and data to improve all aspects of the campaigns.
Collaborate with broader consumer and corporate marketing teams to develop and execute performance and awareness campaigns in budget.
Collaborate further with marketing teams to continually improve the customer journey and marketing performance through landing page and ad optimization.
Implement and manage tracking systems using Google Tag Manager.
Requirements
Who you are:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
Demonstrated experience in mobile app advertising and working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms such as AppsFlyer.
Proficiency in managing display &
social media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Proficiency in manging Paid Search Campaigns.
Strong understanding of lead generation tactics.
Experience in the following areas is desired:
Implementing and managing tracking inside Google Tag Manager
Managing Apple Search Ads and Google UAC activity
Ecommerce or financial services marketing
International marketing or living abroad is a plus
Managing external agencies and vendors
Regulated industries and Live markets, like gaming, or travel bookings
