POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Analytics Lead to join our global Ecommerce team. As the Digital Analytics Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes, optimizing digital strategies, and enhancing overall business performance. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of digital analytics tools, a proven track record of deriving actionable insights, and the ability to work cross-functionally in aligning on next step solution and implementing data-driven solutions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic AnalysisDevelop and execute a comprehensive digital analytics strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards to monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
Provide strategic insights to cross-functional teams, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
Data Collection and IntegrationOversee the implementation and management of digital analytics tools, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection.
Collaborate with IT, Consumer Insights, Marketing and other departments to integrate data from various sources for a holistic view of consumer behavior and campaign performance.
Insight GenerationAnalyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to drive continuous improvement in digital strategies.
Reporting and CommunicationCreate and deliver regular reports on key performance metrics, presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, product, consumer insights and other teams to ensure alignment and understanding of digital analytics insights.
Optimization and InnovationIdentify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the digital analytics function.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous innovation in digital analytics.
