Demand Generation Manager

Brightspeed is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our team! As a Demand Generation Manager, you’ll create go-to-market strategies and tactical plans to bring key initiatives to life. You’ll use a keen understanding of consumer behaviors and purchase funnel stages to create plans that drive Brightspeed’s business across core marketing and sales channels.
As A Demand Generation Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Design and manage cohesive demand generation plans to support key marketing initiatives, launches, and promotions
Serve as a cross-functional leader, providing strong guidance to teams executing digital media, CRM, ecommerce, local events and sales tactics
Drive strategies across all aspects of the marketing and sales funnel, achieving high quality traffic that converts into sales and revenue
Design reporting requirements and provide continuous guidance on launch decisions and post-launch optimizations across all tactics
Partner with Marketing Strategy team to design and maintain exceptional, repeatable processes
