We have a current opening for aContracts Administratorat our Sacramento, CA office.
Complete bid specific prequalifications and experience requirement forms.
Complete, track and maintain owner/client required prequalifications.
Provide back up support to Estimating Support Manager to complete bid forms timely and with all necessary documentation, including Addenda and Bid Bonds.
Provide back up support with good faith efforts as required by the bid documents.
Assist in reviewing the front end of the specs to identify contractual obligations that may increase costs (PLAs, Insurance Requirements, DBE Goals, etc.)
Assist with gathering subcontractor compliance documents before bid day, including contractor’s license, DIR certification, union status, DBE status, etc.
Administrate all contracts with customers and subs, resulting in a positive impact for projects, clients and teams
Maintain all company certification and license statuses
Build relationships internally and externally that promote a positive experience with the contracts department
Requirements
High School Degree/GED/Equivalent
2+ Years in contract/accounting environment
Construction Industry a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of systems;
Spectrum, Procore, Adobe E-Sign
Ability to ready, interpret, understand contract language/what specific terms mean
Salary Range:

$30/hour - $35/hour
This is an non-exempt position
