The Sr Contract Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation through approval, renewal, and retention. This position focuses on establishing efficient contract management processes, developing standardized templates, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Contract Administrator collaborates closely with legal, controlling, and sales teams to mitigate risks and optimize contract terms. Identify opportunities to enhance contract terms that align with the company's revenue and profitability goals, ensuring contracts contribute positively to the financial objectives.
Develop standardized contract templates and terms, ensuring they comply with all legal and regulatory requirements to reduce variability and risk.
Partner with legal, controlling, and sales teams to mitigate risks and optimize contract terms and conditions, fostering a collaborative approach to contract management.
Implement contract lifecycle management tools and systems to ensure proper retention, enhance visibility, and improve efficiency in managing contracts.
Monitor and ensure compliance with all contract terms and conditions, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
Conduct regular audits of contracts and contract management processes to identify and address areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to continuously refine and improve contract management practices.
Provide training and support to internal teams on contract management policies, procedures, and systems.
Assist in the resolution of any contract-related disputes or issues that may arise, working closely with relevant departments to find effective solutions.
