Concierge Lead

Job Description
As the Lead Concierge, you will deliver personalized services to our guests, including planning itineraries, making restaurant reservations, and providing information on activities and events in Park City and the surrounding areas. Additionally, the Lead Concierge is available to assist guests with any service requests to ensure their expectations are exceeded during their stay at Westgate Resort.
Coordinates transportation, activities, and dinner reservations for guests.
Provides guests with information on local restaurants, shopping, attractions, hiking and biking trails, ski resorts and rentals, national and state parks, scenic drives, and child/pet care.
Assists guests with special requests for various services.
Manages communication between guests and the Front Office team prior to arrival.
Helps resolve guest concerns to ensure the best experience and escalates issues as necessary.
Works closely with the leadership teamto improve the overall operation of the Concierge department.
Performs other duties as assigned by the management team.
