Reporting to the Director of Commercialization, the Commercialization Specialist will actively partner cross functionally with the marketing, sales and operations teams to drive project management programs that support Our Home’s brand, mission and product portfolios.
The Commercialization Coordinator, Private Label is responsible for coordination of administrative activities required for private label projects, including project navigation and traffic control, guiding teams through critical checkpoints. The ideal candidate should be able to easily adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift day to day and should be well-organized.
Responsibilities
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, R&
D, Operations, Marketing, Procurement) to assist in the development needs of private label products, from idea to on-shelf
Collaborate across internal teams and work with external contacts (suppliers, co-manufacturers and vendors) to ensure programs are launched on-time and in-line with project objectives.
Be accountable for new product and product maintenance
Coordinate and support material set-up/readiness
Coordinate, track and manage sales samples
Ensure 100% accurate part set up by meeting internal and external partner specifications and product requirements
Work with marketing team to promote private label products
Work with QA team to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards
Learn and develop a strong working knowledge of the industry, products, packaging, production lines, and the processes necessary to commercialize products across our manufacturing network

Be able to demonstrate resourcefulness as a self-starter and take initiative

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent in experience
Minimum 2-3+ years in CPG Project Management, R&
D, Quality, Manufacturing, or related business function
Exposure to new product commercialization and startup procedures
Extremely strong organization skills:
prior experience managing timelines is a major plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization skills
An enjoyment for working in a team environment with the ability to build strong relationships with business partners and lead project
Ability to multi-task regularly
Travel up to 10%
Preferred Location:
Near Boonton, NJ, with 1-2 office days per week
