This role involves cross-selling commercial and personal lines of business, managing commercial lines accounts, policy reviews, negotiations with carriers, and providing exceptional customer service and claims support. The company provides fully employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits to its employees.
Job Responsibilities Cross-sell commercial and personal lines of business
Write and manage commercial lines accounts
Conduct policy reviews and policy changes with clients
Re-market accounts and negotiate with carriers
Process policy changes, endorsements, and certificates
Assist with customer service, claims, and bind coverages
Qualifications Prefer candidates with independent agency experience
Open to captive agents, but must be willing to undergo training
Candidates within an hour of Wenatchee preferred
Ability to report to the office or client promptly when required
