Our clients company specializes in providing commercial, group benefits, and personal lines insurance services. They are currently seeking a Commercial Account Manager (Condos) to join their team.
This role is ideal for someone who is licensed in P&
C in Oregon and has experience working as a Commercial CSR or Account Manager. If you have a background in independent agency work and prior experience with Commercial Condominiums, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Additionally, this role involves significant leadership responsibilities, including managing and coaching a team of Benefits producers, influencing departmental hiring, discipline, and termination decisions, and actively engaging in cross-departmental communication and collaboration to maximize opportunities for all lines of service.
Job Responsibilities Set pre-renewal meetings with clients
Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs
Process certificates and endorsements
Run audits to ensure policy compliance
Remarket policies to carriers
Present bids and estimates to clients
Bind policies
Handle a combination of client-facing and administrative tasks
Qualifications Must be licensed in P&
C in Oregon
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
Previous experience in an independent agency is required
Experience with Commercial Condominiums is highly desirable
