Essential Responsibilities
Enhance overall client experience
Support Client Service Managers and Advisors in preparation for client review meetings
Help coordinate client paperwork
Handle mail for clients and teams
Support in day-to-day office operations
Manage client gifting
Marketing and branding assistance as needed
Maintain and organize client files
Coordinate client and team events
Order team supplies and snacks/stock and manage break areas
Scheduling support and coordination for team and partners
