Key responsibilities:
The Business Systems Analystwill be working as part of a multi-skilled team responsible for supporting, developing and delivering the Informa Naviga Global System.
Naviga is a leading e-commerce system specializing in digital ad services. Naviga is a key strategic system to increase revenue for Informa by adding new and expanding existing product lines.
The role is a great opportunity for a person to gain knowledge of advertising monetization programs as well as formal IT, data analytics, and financial processes.
Informa is a progressive company therefore engaging with business stakeholders in driving improvements and enhancements is a keyrequirement..
This role reports to the Naviga product owner in the Oracle Practice Team.
Key Areas of Responsibility/Accountability
This role will assist the product owner support and develop the Naviga e-Commerce systems.
You will maintain the Naviga system to ensure it is available to meet the business needs.
Produce reports ad-hoc and month end.
Monitor inbound and outbound interfaces.
Assist with business users with data analysis.
You will be a key person in assisting with support and project tasks relating to the Naviga System and associated processes.
You will also be expected to follow the controls and governance practices within Informa.
You will collaborate with functional, technical teams within Informa and with Naviga Global externally.
You will also be a key point of contact for business stakeholders, ensuring the system and processes meetbusiness needs.
