About the role:
As the Technology Knowledge Services Business Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for leading the strategy execution of key applications that impact thousands of users. This unique role is a blend of project management, product management, and strategy.
Key driver of internal operations. Lead technology-driven initiatives that enable greater employee productivity. Business enablement initiatives should reduce friction in an employee’s workflow by eliminating manual processes, repetitive tasks, and other admin. Manages operational vendor management, including recommending new technology to implementing change-management processes.
About the team:
Technology Knowledge Services is transforming FIS’ traditional technical documentation function into a modern, efficient, AI driven service organization that is changing the way we enable our colleagues and clients.
The TKS team drives best practices in knowledge capture and transfer, embeds crowdsourcing into our DNA to streamline the production of structured knowledge artifacts, and enables consistent omnichannel knowledge delivery, while ensuring all FIS knowledge content remains relevant over time to drive maximum benefit.
What you will be doing:
This role is a Key driver of internal operations. Lead technology-driven initiatives that enable greater employee productivity. Manages operational vendor management, including recommending new technology to implementing change-management processes.
Leading the enablement and adoption of key applications
Executing on the TKS strategy of delivering world class documentation
Oversee feature roadmaps and ensure end user feedback is incorporated
Operational vendor management
What you will need:
Project management experience
Experience executing on defined strategies
Executive reporting
Experience interacting with executive level colleagues
A background analyzing business needs and determining support
The ability to lead a team effectively under pressure
Added bonus if you have:
PMP certification
DITA knowledge
Experience with Stack Overflow
Experience with Transperfect/Astoria
Experience with Zoomin

The pay range for this full-time position is $99,830.00 - $(phone number removed) and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
