Bas Specialist Supervisor

Albireo Energy, LLC is seeking a Sr. Field Technician Supervisor to supervise a Building Automation Field Technician Team for Albireo Energy, Inc. You will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance, develop &
monitor training, resource assigning, and safety policy adherence. The Technician Supervisor will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and develop team performance. You will act as a mentor to train and develop future project leaders. This position reports to Branch Solutions Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor a Team of Field Technicians.
Collect, develop, and report performance metrics.
Partner with Project Managers to fulfill their project staffing requirements (short and long term).
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Be responsible for the safety requirements amongst the Technician Team.
Identify the resource needs for the project teams and deploy the skilled workforce accordingly.
Manage and identify skill gaps, certifications, utilization &
billability to ensure our team is adequately trained.
Organize and conduct training for the Technicians.
As needed, execute project chargeable work.
Drive business growth by enabling and leading a highly effective team, focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Engineering.
Perform monthly one on one’s with Direct Reports.
Requirements
Field Technician Experience.
Prior People Management Experience.
Leadership Qualities.
A valid driver's license.

Pay Rate:
$43-$53/hr. DOE.
