Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Must be an analytical thinker and have problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing, including presenting complex and technical
Information.
- Develop and maintain project documentation/artifacts and management reports/dashboards.
- Support the development of Policies, Procedures, and Operations Guidelines.
- Develop tactical roadmaps and plans.
- Prepare reports, studies, and briefings.
- Perform work independently following guidelines within the context of regulations,
Legislation, industry practices, and County policies.
- Support the timely and accurate preparation of responses to requests for information from
Relevant stakeholders as needed.

- Work with the TEBS Public Safety Data Systems team and County Departments to
Implement new programs and services consistent with the TEBS strategic goals/objectives
And the Enterprise Architecture.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices;
assess and recommend new solutions,
And ensure proper integration into ongoing operations;
research, learn, and deploy new
Solutions;
work with experts in TEBS, Departments, the industry, and vendor community
To identify state of the art solutions, which may include emerging technologies;
provide
Advice, direction, and consultative services to stakeholders.
- Perform industry research leveraging the TEBS Gartner Research and Advisory contract
And/or other sources
