Position Overview:
As the Bookkeeping Specialist, you will hold a pivotal position in maintaining the precision and integrity of our financial records. Your duties will encompass overseeing various facets of our bookkeeping operations, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute accounts payable and receivable transactions meticulously and promptly.
Conduct bank statement reconciliations and uphold precise financial transaction records.
Handle the preparation and processing of employee payroll, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Contribute to the formulation of financial reports, encompassing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Collaborate closely with team members to rectify any discrepancies or challenges within financial records.
Remain abreast of evolving accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Possession of a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Demonstrated track record of at least 2+ years in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Sage, or similar platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities, coupled with effective task prioritization skills.
Excellent communication abilities and adeptness in collaborating within a team environment.
Sound knowledge of pertinent accounting principles and regulations.
