Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs and other team members
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
Provide training and support to staff and families
Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Proven experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders
Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skill
