We at AdvisaCare Healthcare Solutions, Inc. are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to assist individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurological/behavioral needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Conducting initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members
Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment
Monitoring client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Providing ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers
Staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA
Overtime Bonus
Clinicians who work 42 hours per week or less, will be eligible for overtime. Overtime will be paid based on an average of your pay rate for the week. For those that work more than 42 hours, only overtime will be compensated.
Individual Pay Rates will be adjusted to the following:
55-60% Productive = $1.50 increase per hour
60-65% Productive = $3.00 increase per hour
65% or More Productive = $4.00 increase per hour.
This increases will be paid for all hours worked not just billable time.

Requirements
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities
Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
