Analytical Scientist

Job Description
Overall Purpose:
Help Sr. Analytical Scientist to manage all analytical needs for R&
D and pilot plant operations
Main accountabilities:

Help Sr. Analytical Scientist to manage analytical platforms and associated data analysis pipelines for R&
D and QA/QC.
Work with R&
D and engineering teams to develop suitable analytical methods and delivery of quality results from analysis answering questions from protein characterization, flavor chemistry and product research efforts.
Perform routine tests assigned by Sr. Analytical Scientist.
Be a leader and holder of analytical data repository and work with project leads to support research projects.
Communicate findings and work with R&
D team to identify and execute analytical measurements.
Maintain operational excellence and responsible for the analytical facility, including instrument maintenance, scheduling, user training and support.
Responsible for LIMS.
Mentor and train junior analytical research associate.
