WEAH'S COMPANION SERVICE INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operations of our company. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments as necessary
Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
Prepare and distribute important documents, reports, and presentations
Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, conferences, and meetings
Maintain and update databases and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Support senior staff members in various administrative tasks and projects
Conduct research and gather data to assist in decision making
Collaborate with other administrative personnel to ensure smooth office operations
Handle ad-hoc administrative requests as needed
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
High school diploma;
additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
