Essential Duties:
Provide backup and support to the Fund Controller and Assistant Controller as needed.
Supervise property accountants
Review or prepare property-level financial statements and work papers.
Record journal entries
Qualifications:
BS degree in Accounting/Finance.
High proficiency in Excel software.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in real estate accounting.
Yardi experience is a plus
