Your New Role - Account Manager:
As an Account Manager at HealthMerch, you will be on the front lines of our sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging Our Marketing System:
Utilize our sophisticated tools to engage with warm leads and expand our client base.
- Engaging in National Conferences:
Actively participate to generate leads and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborating Across Departments:
Work closely with marketing, design, customer service, and order submission teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Managing Client Projects:
Oversee the project management and order fulfillment process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
What We Offer:
- Salary:
$50,000 per year + commission
- Commission:
Uncapped, with goals of at least $18,000 in year one and aiming for at least $36,000 in year two

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
- Sales Strategy Execution:
Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets. Identify opportunities for new business and expansion within existing accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
Utilize our robust marketing system to engage with warm leads. Attend national conferences and industry events to network and generate new business opportunities.
- Project Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring all client specifications are met. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Track sales performance and generate reports for upper management. Review and analyze data to inform future sales strategies and initiatives.
- Professional Development and Training:
Stay informed of industry trends and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Advocacy and Feedback Integration:
Act as an advocate for clients within the organization. Collect and integrate client feedback to improve product offerings and customer service.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Experience:
1-3 years in a client-facing role, ideally in marketing, advertising, PR, or sales. Experience in the promotional products industry is a plus.
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Skills:
Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM systems, emphasizing tech-savviness required for efficient workflow management.
- Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities essential for clear and effective interaction.
