Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of
Development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those
Platforms - beyond that of a Programmer. The ITS Specialist-Senior position will provide technical
Assistance and assessment of designated NYS OMH facilities via the NYS ITS Network Site Consultation
Process. This will include but not limited to circuit bandwidth, Voice Over IP (VoIP) phone system
Upgrades and wireless upgrades. The position will require travel to complete the physical site
