Our clients company, a leading provider in the building materials industry, is currently seeking a General Manager for their Windows division.
As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all operations and activities related to windows, ensuring the divisions success and profitability.
Windows General Manager Job Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all operations and activities for the windows division
Ensure materials, financials, goals, best practices, and procedures are in place for division production
Review results at all levels, analyze data, and create plans to increase profitable activity
Conduct financial analysis, manage P&
L, oversee inventory, production, manufacturing, and installation
Handle credit, resolve customer issues, and lead division initiatives and targets
Qualifications Proven success in operations within the construction marketplace
Strong knowledge of construction products, processes, and codes Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in math, geometry, and analytical skills
Experience with Lean principles or similar certifications is beneficial
Ability to build strong relationships and focus on customer, company, and employee needs
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with familiarity in Builder Trend being advantageous
