You'll perform standard scientific techniques and procedures, using your expertise to make minor adaptations and modifications. Your role will involve generating innovative ideas and developing high-quality solutions for our projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead field teams for wetland delineations following the USACE 1987 Manual and Regional Supplement(s).
Conduct data collection, sample analysis, and evaluate environmental solutions for various projects.
Interpret field observations and research findings to prepare detailed reports and assess project feasibility.
Utilize standard techniques and methods to coordinate environmental investigations.
Maintain accurate project information and client records in our project management system.
Collect environmental data to identify potential project impacts and recommend changes.
Propose and implement adaptations to methods and procedures for project components.
Supervise and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
Perform natural resource surveys, including wetlands, streams, and vegetation.
Support project permitting at local, state, and federal levels.
