Weekend On-Call (Friday 4pm start through Monday 8:
45am)
(PRN Visits, Death Visits, Admissions).

On-Call Triage RN
Start of Cares - $125.00
Information Meetings/ Sign on only - $75.00
Visits - $70.00
End of Life visit - $125.00 or $30.00/ hour (depending on time required)
QA/ Audits - $30.00 per hour
Requirements
Current Michigan RN License in good standing
1 year hospice experience preferred but not required
Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated
Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a weekend on call basis
