As Wellmark’s front end Website Administrator, you play a critical role in the health, maintenance, support and management of Wellmark’s public and secure websites and digital experiences. You will do this by creating and/or updating optimized, compliant and responsive web pages, implementing digital best practices and executing on search engine optimization (SEO) tactics. You have basic HTML and CSS technical knowledge, as well as a good understanding of website accessibility standards and guidelines. You have experience tracking, measuring, analyzing and optimizing digital properties, and will support the Digital Marketing team in making data-driven decisions.
Wellmark is looking for a candidate who is motivated, creative, strategic, detail-oriented and eager to be a part of something bigger, including an upcoming full site redesign. You have experience as a website administrator and possess a demonstrated history of collaborating with stakeholders and establishing productive relationships with your peers and leaders. Perhaps most importantly, you have a strong understanding of, and keep up-to-date on, healthcare industry standards and digital best practices while possessing the ability to connect the dots from digital strategy to execution.
