Warranty Rep
In this role you will be evaluating, and processing warranty claims with the commercial and/or residential HVAC customers. Work with a team of 10 reps to handle claims from US, Canada and the Caribbean to facilitate warranty claims. Could be dealing with upset customers, and customers with claims that were declined so good Customer Service experience is needed. Call center background would be a positive. Company will train on using the software systems. SAP and Excel knowledge is a preference.

* Provide customer service to warranty and product registration
* Handle warranty claims.
* Run reports
* Half the time on phones
* Half the time on claims - should have excellent written and verbal skills
* Under general supervision, evaluates and processes warranty claims.
* Supports dealers and homeowners by phone and e-mail.
* Provides customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration.
* Provides technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration.
* Reviews warranty claims. Resolves most non-standard warranty items independently.
* Ability to navigate SAP, Salesforce and other relevant applications.
* Under general supervision, evaluates and processes warranty claims.
* Supports dealers and homeowners by phone and e-mail.
* Provides customer service for questions related to warranty and product registration.
* Provides technical support for online tools to track warranty claims and product registration.
* Reviews warranty claims. Resolves most non-standard warranty items independently.
* Refers highly unusual situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation.
