We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Unloader to join our team in Dayville, CT. As a Warehouse Unloader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Efficiently unload shipments from trucks and other delivery vehicles.
Sort and organize materials in the warehouse to ensure easy access and inventory accuracy.
Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the supervisor.
Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
Skills/Qualifications:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
Must have a stable, verifiable work history.
Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to pay close attention to details to ensure accuracy in unloading and inventory management.
Must be able to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
