For this role:
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee all warehouse activities in the Medical Guardian fulfillment center. This person will ensure efficient processes, maximize warehouse performance and foster a culture of trust, growth and accountability within the team. The fulfillment team sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, e-commerce and IT and works collaboratively with other associates in the warehouse to deliver a world class customer experience. As the leader of the fulfillment team, you are passionate about results, providing our customers with a great delivery experience, delivering feedback and challenging the status quo. You are dependable, have excellent organization and time management skills and are an effective leader.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8:
30 AM - 5:
00 PM (40 hours/week)
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and assign daily tasks to warehouse team
Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse performance
Maintain a clean facility, including working and storage areas
Track and coordinate receipt, storage and delivery of goods and materials
Check orders, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy
Perform quality checks daily on all internal departments
Ensure proper safety procedures are being followed when operating machinery
Communicate and escalate problems to minimize warehouse impact and ensure timely resolution
Requirements
Desired Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, eCommerce operations and 3 years of previous supervisory experience is preferred
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
Knowledge of Datex or similar WMS preferred
