Warehouse Specialist

Job Description
The Technical Operations Warehouse Support Specialist is responsible for managing shipments/inventory and providing assistance with studio project builds.
Check and receive incoming material shipments and transport them to designated departments/personnel/destinations as well as prepare materials for outbound shipment.
Reserve/retrieve/deliver required materials for specific jobs and alert management of inventory/materials issues that may affect job deadlines.
Manage correspondence, provide reports and maintain proper records of inventory as well as ensure safe keeping of inventory/materials.
Maintain the studio (technical casino table assembly, decorative elements and infrastructure), establish and refine build process, plan resources.
Participate in the studio equipment maintenance and repair works;
maintain maintenance / repair log.
Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences. Replacement takes place during the working time, and it is not considered as additional work.
Be available to render assistance during critical situations.
Perform other duties, as asked by the manager, which are related to this position.
