The Warehouse Outbound Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of shipping, including proper manpower utilization, effective use of standard operating procedures, and motivating members of the crew and for operating in a safe, productive manner. Responsibilities:
1. Operational Oversight and Execution:
Oversee the process for outbound shipments by load, the scanning of all outbound pallets, and ensuring pallet counts match system-generated reporting.
Ensure the product is properly loaded to arrive at customer’s distribution center or site in good order.
Monitor and maintain processes to ensure excellent process, product quality with maintaining accuracy and integrity of inventory.
Monitor outbound, loading of all materials inside the warehouse and able to keep track of the transaction through WMS and MS excel.
Manage daily outbound schedule and ensure effective communication with carriers and clients.
Make necessary adjustments to processes and arrange schedule to meet deadlines and adapt to the volume of the business.
Execute daily outbound transactions with using WMS.
Monitor team member output, work efficiency, and labor utilization to ensure smooth operations.
Support all established warehouse and distribution goals and objectives.
2. Client Relationship Management and Service Delivery:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their logistical needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
Responsible for having a full understanding of all aspects of department processes as well as an understanding of all customer expectations.
Respond promptly to customer requirements, concerns, and issues, resolving any operational irregularities.
Ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
3. Compliance and Documentation Management:
Confirm all documentation requirements are correctly completed and submitted to the appropriate department.
Create and sustain a cohesive, positive and clean work environment.
Ensure compliance with established safety programs and company standard.
Enforce safety standards and policies, maintain records, and keep practice in compliance with health regulations and OSHA.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
Support, motivate, and encourage teamwork within the workforce to meet productivity targets.
Coach team members through troubleshooting and monitor processes, tools, and equipment.
Assist in the selection training of new team members in accordance with company and developing talent.
Communicate department objectives, metrics, and productivity to team members and peers
5. Record Keeping and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records and prepare reports related to outbound operations.
Compile and present reports, synthesizing necessary data
Clarify outbound damages with client and provide the report.
Develop and implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and identify trends.
Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications:
High school diploma or Higher degree Required
4+ years of Logistics or warehouse operation working related experience is required
Relevant industry knowledge
Ability to build trustworthy relationships with customers at all levels (C Level, Managers, Staff)
Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Team Player
Excellent Microsoft proficiency (PPT/Excel/Word)
Physical Demands:
The position requires the ability to talk and hear while performing the duties of this job.
The position requires the ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
The position requires dexterity to write and use computer keyboard and mouse.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products, materials and supplies, up to 50 pounds.

Your base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows you to progress as you grow and develop within the position. Your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location.
