Warehouse Manager

Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for leading teams and optimizing warehouse operations? We are seeking an engaging Warehouse Manager to join our Employee Owned team at OK Tire Store &
Service. As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and leading a team of dedicated warehouse associates.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and inspire a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily operational goals.
Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure accurate stock counts and efficient order fulfillment.
Implement and improve warehouse processes to drive productivity and maximize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, sales, and logistics, to coordinate inventory and streamline operations.
Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory, monitor performance, and generate reports.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance warehouse operations.
Train and develop warehouse associates, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to promote growth and performance excellence.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Previous experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.
A strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
A commitment to workplace safety and adherence to health and safety regulations.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements
