The Warehouse Inventory Supervisor will ensure customer inventory control accuracy and shrink contractual requirements. The service level agreements are monitored and reported timely to site leadership. This position also will assist Site Inventory Control and Operation Leadership along with Operation employees in assessing inventory inaccuracies and recommending corrective action necessary to support continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
Maximize the performance of the site inventory processes and system to ensure:
Care, custody, and control of customer inventory;
Accuracy (to floor and customer book);
Proper utilization of information technology
Carry out the planning, coordination and control of taking cyclical inventories according to the procedure established internally and/or with the client and daily consolidate the results
Carry out the planning, coordination and control of general inventory takings as contractually agreed with customers and/or defined internally
Reconcile theoretical balances together with the client
Investigate, document and correct the causes of inventory differences
Coordinate and control movements, inventory transactions and daily closings
Keeps monetary control of inventory differences against what was contractually agreed with the client
Provide customer service and support.

Working directly with vendors, issuing Purchase Orders, and ensuring accuracy
Investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager
Oversee the returns process, including receiving, inspecting, and processing returned goods.
Ensure that returned items are accurately documented and categorized.
Collaborate with relevant departments to assess and determine the condition of returned products.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures for returned items.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to assess and address product defects.
Develop strategies to minimize returns due to quality issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, High school GED required
3+ years of experience in inventory control in a high volume 3PL warehouse environment in the logistics industry
SAP, TMS and WMS system experience required
Physical ability to move and lift objects as required.
Proficient with Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications - PowerPoint, Word, especially Excel with v-lookups and pivot tables
Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills including effective written and verbal communications skills to communicate with various levels of the organization
Excellent analytical skills and strong prioritization skills
Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to prioritize, ability to shift one’s focus to urgent issues while not falling behind on other duties
Ability to build trustworthy relationships with vendors/customers, and experience with vendor management
Extremely strong customer focus with an entrenched “Can-Do” attitude
Experience / knowledge of freight processes including dispatch and inbound preferred
Leadership and supervisory experience.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in inventory tracking.
Travel %:
up to 10% throughout the U.S.
Physical Demands:
The position requires the ability to talk and hear while performing the duties of this job.
The position requires the ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
The position requires dexterity to write and use computer keyboard and mouse.
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products, materials and supplies, up to 50 pounds.

Your base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows you to progress as you grow and develop within the position. The base pay range for this role is between $28.00 ~ $38.00/hour, and your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location.
