WIN Warehouse is excited to announce an open position for Warehouse Support Specialist.

The Warehouse Support Specialist will be responsible for an array of functions that includes receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse. In addition, light facilities maintenance duties will be required.
The Warehouse Support Specialist will maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment and perform various stock keeping duties and additional tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a warehouse environment, will work effectively alone or side by side with others, will have basic computer skills, and be an excellent communicator. This position requires being on your feet quite a bit and occasional heavy lifting.
The Warehouse Support Specialist will be responsible for identifying and cataloging products in our warehouse as we receive them. This will involve sorting the product, labeling product, and moving product into its proper location. You will also check the quality of the products to determine damage.
The best candidates will be excited to help our cause and fulfill our mission. In addition to daily duties, our Warehouse Support Specialist should be eager to lend a hand and cross-train in other aspects of our operations.
This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and works closely with the Inventory Coordinator as well as other team members. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator and enthusiastic helper.
Requirements
Tasks
Receiving and processing materials and merchandise.
Performing quality control of products.
Monitor, count, report inventory movement.
Packing/Packaging.
Pulling items from proper locations and preparing for movement or shipment.
Load and unload material onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves by hand or forklift.
Light facilities maintenance including cleaning, changing light bulbs and batteries.
Operate pallet jacks, dollies and forklift to load or unload trucks.
Operate floor maintenance equipment.
Interact with vendors, trucking lines, customers and other personnel.
Maintaining various inventory records, files and documentation.
Work independently and part of a team.
Perform various other duties as assigned.
Required
Work on feet 80% - 100% of the time
Lift and carry 70 lbs
Available 40 hours/week
Available M-F 7:
30am-4pm;

Ability to work in a warehouse environment in hot or cold conditions depending on weather
Willing to become certified forklift driver
Basic math skills
Basic computer skills
Preferred
Shipping/Receiving experience
Warehousing/Inventory experience
Forklift experience
Basic Google, email skills
Data entry experience
