Warehouse Associate

DYPER Inc. is seeking a full time Shipper/Receiver/Runner in the company’s Chandler warehouse. The successful candidate will be able to move between multiple projects while maintaining a good attention to detail. He or she enjoys a job that is active and varied.

With that, we are seeking a Warehouse Associate who is eager to disrupt the diaper industry and who wants to do their part in saving the planet.
Specific Responsibilities:
Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and/or storing goods in their designated location(s).
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup per schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) and warehouse procedures.
Monitor and report any missing or lost inventory to management.
Organize and sort items on shelving, pallets according to warehouse procedures.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Preserve safe and clean work environment by keeping work areas and warehouse clean.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Requirements
High school degree, GED or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License.
Previous warehouse experience in shipping and receiving.
Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification is strongly preferred.
Abililty to lift up to 50 pounds, as many warehouse items are cumbersome and heavy.
Ability to maintain a high level of physicality and standing for prolonged periods.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance.
