Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Goodyear Belts by Adventry Corp. is currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Additionally, you will also be required to operate a forklift to pick, move products within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks, and inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments
Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels
Pick and pack orders according to customer requirements
Operate a forklift to safely and efficiently move materials and products within the warehouse
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Adhere to all safety standards and protocols
Requirements
Prior experience in a warehouse environment and operating a forklift
Valid forklift certification
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
