Compliance leader looking to make a lasting impact? As a member of EAG’s leadership team, you will have a pivotal role in creating a collaborative partnership with operations to drive excellence in quality and compliance, supporting customer demand while aligning with corporate objectives. This is an opportunity for you to utilize effective organization and development leadership to deploy assets to achieve desired outcomes for engagement, accountability, productivity, continuous improvement, growth, and profitability.
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of the vision and strategy that adheres to relevant global regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
As a key leader within the organization, you will drive quality initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Create and build confidence by establishing the quality assurance functions as an informed, capable, knowledgeable, and accessible resource to staff, management, and stakeholders, positioning the company as a preferred source for quality expertise.
Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Operations, HR, Finance, etc. to support the overall business objectives of EAG Laboratories.
