The Role:

The Vice President, Product Management oversees and drives the success of product development and technical project execution at Brado. This leader will own the roadmap for Brado’s Conversational Engagement Platform as well as any future tech-enabled product development initiatives. They will work closely with the Software Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Strategy and Client Services teams to ensure not only the right platform deliverables are prioritized, but also be a dependable and strategic partner to support effective execution of work through well executed project management.
Ideal candidates for this role will live in the St. Louis, MO or Dallas/Ft. Worth TX areas. While our day-to-day work is done remotely, our teams gather in person for intentional work as needed.
Key Areas of Responsibility
In close partnership with the Chief Strategy Officer, own the vision and roadmap for Brado’s Conversational Engagement Platforms (CEP).
Aligns product and project management strategies with overall business goals and objectives. Develops a clear vision for the product roadmap and project portfolio.
Manage and work with technology vendors and contract partners to enhance and supplement Brado’s development capability and capacity.
Distill market trends, customer feedback, and Brado’s product vision into an executable roadmap.
Manage delivery of products, features, and enhancements in collaboration with engineering team members.
Build relationships with clients, internal teams, and vendors to further Brado’s mission.
Educate cross functional stakeholders such as sales/marketing, implementation, and support about product updates to ensure seamless deployments and rollouts.
Contribute meaningfully to leadership discussions on company strategy, product development, and employee management and growth.
Manage several direct reports including Technical Project Managers (TPMs) and Scrum Masters (SMs).
Drives the success of TPMs and SMs in removing road blocks for the engineering team in an effective manner.

7+ years of experience working as a Product Manager for a web-based, SaaS, or cloud offering
Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience with ability to meaningfully engage in design discussions with software developers.
Deep understanding of product management principles, including market analysis, product strategy, roadmap planning and product lifecycle management.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.G., Agile and Scrum) and tools.
Strong understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management related to product development and project execution.
