Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the company's sales strategy, goals, and execution plan across various market segments and regions
Build and develop a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching sales professionals
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives and go-to-market strategies
Analyze sales data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth, optimize sales processes, and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams in the SaaS or healthcare technology industry
Extensive knowledge of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies, with a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and its challenges
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
