As Vice President, Insights &
Analytics, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Data Strategy and Insights
Define and execute the sales and marketing analytics strategy for Brightspeed
Shape and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization
Lead the exploration and adoption of new technologies and methodologies in data analytics and measurement
Predictive Analytics
Utilize advanced techniques to predict future trends and behaviors
Analyze customer data to understand behavior, improve customer experience, and reduce churn
Data Visualization and Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of initiatives.
Customer Insights
Analyze customer data to understand behavior, preferences, and trends.
Oversee qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights about consumer needs and preferences.
Market Analysis
Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
Conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Leadership and Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into all aspects of the business
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the analytics team
