You are confident and able to juggle several balls on a regular basis. You are the mentor, manager and motivator of a creative group. You win pitches and gain client confidence as a leader who can be relied upon to manage large-scale, cross channel deliverables.
Above all else, you and your team understand that achieving results in improving the creative product is the most important measure of success for Digitas Health. You review and optimize results for every piece of creative work your team produces.
The role Vice President, Group Creative Director at Digitas Health requires experience with copywriting or art direction. You have at least ten or more years of experience in an advertising or interactive agency, leading the creative for websites, landing pages and digital marketing (including Flash and multimedia) and direct marketing.
Large, integrated cross channel campaigns and promotional experience are a must. You must also have solid management experience and come in and develop a seasoned creative team.
