Key Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians with exams, surgeries, and procedures.
Perform diagnostic tests, including blood work, X-rays, and urinalysis.
Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations.
Monitor patients during anesthesia and recovery.
Provide patient care including feeding, bathing, and exercising.
Educate pet owners on preventive care and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
Requirements
Certified Veterinary Technician preferred but not required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Technician or performing technician duties.
Proficiency in animal handling and restraint.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality patient care.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
