custom design systems for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for UX and visual design, solving design challenges and the ability to articulate design choices effectively. Our goal is to use the applications we’re building to grow into different markets and build thousands of custom homes each year.

Projects:

We're continuously improving our digital ecosystem with a variety of projects, including mobile apps, web apps, and our public website. These initiatives aim to enhance user experiences, streamline internal processes, and empower our stakeholders with valuable data and tools. Our roadmap is filled with exciting opportunities, such as developing customer-centric mobile apps, expanding features for our web applications, and exploring innovative technologies like AR and chat interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers, business stakeholders, and developers to create visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces.
  
• Maintain and enhance a consistent visual language and design system that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances user engagement.
  
• Collaborate on our custom Figma design systems that are used across multiple applications.
  
• Conceptualize and execute high-quality iconography, illustrations, and other visual assets to support product features and marketing initiatives.
  
• Design responsive web and mobile interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
  
• Design micro-interactions and animations to enhance user interactions and create delightful user experiences.
  
• Create interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and demonstrate user flow.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual design, UX/UI design, and emerging technologies, applying new knowledge to enhance design solutions.
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, visual designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe, Figma, and or other equivalent software.
  
• Solid understanding of UX design principles and methodologies, with a passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.
  
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms, with a focus on responsive design and a mobile-first approach.
  
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain design consistency and quality across various projects and deliverables.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  

Salary Range:

• Mid:
  $70,000 - $90,000
  
• Senior:
  $95,000 - $120,000
