JOB SUMMARY:
Under the general direction of the Utilities Project Manager and the Utilities – Senior Project Manager coordinates utility work between the client, Design Builder, PCM teams, and third-party utilities. Develops, builds, and maintains a positive and productive relationship with third-party utilities or railroads. Works with the client, PCM, and the design-builder to establish priorities, monitor progress and ensure compliance with the client’s goals and requirements. Participate in utility and railroad issue resolution, prepare status reports, develops, and maintain project tracking systems for issues and resolutions, and address utility or railroad needs in a timely manner.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate with the client, Design Builder, PCM teams, and third-party utilities or railroads, attend meetings, review project documents, and report on discovered utility/railroad issues.
Report on discovered utility/railroad issues and participate in issue resolution.
Prepare status reports, and maintain a tracking log for issues and resolutions.
