Job Description
This position encompasses the Baltimore region of Maryland and includes equal coverage of our centers located at:
The Rotunda, Belvedere Square and Dundalk, MD. UM Urgent Care providers are the leaders of our urgent care facilities, providing excellent care to our patients, creating signature patients experiences and working as a close-knit team with medical assistants and x-ray technologists. We care for patients from one year of age and older, providing a diverse array of services from treating upper respiratory infections, sprains and strains, and applying sutures, to employee health physicals, work related injuries and preoperative exams.
Full time providers work twelve-hour clinical shifts from 8a-8p and do 3 to 4 shifts per week (12-14 shifts/ month). Urgent Care is a fast-paced environment with diverse patient types;
illness and injury presentations.
