Partnering with an experienced driver, you'll live in the truck and embark on journeys delivering challenging freight. This phase offers real-world exposure to various driving conditions, routes, and cargo types, allowing you to refine your skills and build confidence behind the wheel.
Continued Development and Team Collaboration
As you progress through the program, you'll have the opportunity to drive with a teammate and receive continued support from our training, dispatch, and safety teams. Regular check-ins and ongoing mentorship will ensure your growth and development as a professional driver. With two schedule options to choose from, you'll have the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments while honing your craft on the road.

Requirements:
Minimum age of 21 years old.
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or willingness to obtain one through company-sponsored training.
Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening.
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
