Responsibilities
Assist in the pruning, trimming, and shaping of trees to maintain their health and appearance.
Operate equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, including chainsaws, wood chippers, and aerial lifts.
Assist in the removal of trees by cutting them down safely and efficiently.
Perform tree and stump removals using appropriate techniques and equipment.
Clean up and dispose of debris and branches after completing tree care services.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to minimize the risk of accidents and injuries.
Requirements
Previous experience in tree care or related field is preferred but not required.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and best practices for tree care is a plus.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to effectively operate and maintain tree care equipment and machinery.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and industry developments.
